Objectives of activities carried out:
-Creation of a common form for the Evaluation of Web based art teaching material
- Coordination and check of partners' work
- Creation, in cooperation with Connectis, of the database for Art Sources on the Michelangelo web Portal
- upload of the first forms for the Evaluation of web based art teaching material
- assisting partner in the process of translation of the forms online

Time period:
January 2008 - December 2008

Description of activities carried out:
-The form for Evaluation of Web based art Teaching material has been developed by Pixel after a process of analysis on the research factors needed to achieve the best result. The form was presented during the first partners meeting where it was discussed and improved. Pixel corrected the form starting from the partners’ hints. The final form was then distributed to the partner and published on the project website under the “Download” section.

-To support the execution of the WP 3 (“Creation of a Database on eLearning Material for Art Teaching”), Pixel offered support to the partners in every step of their work. At the same time Pixel developed together with Connectis the structure and the features of the database for the collection of the material in the project web portal.

- Pixel uploaded all the forms for Evaluation of Web based art Teaching material submitted by the partners before the 2nd meeting in the Carlisle (UK). At the same time Pixel supported the partners in the process of uploading the filled in forms on the Michelangelo Portal.

Outcomes:
-Evaluation of Web based art teaching material Form
-Completed Database for the collection of Art Sources to be used as art teaching material.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
This activity has been carried out in a satisfatory waw. We assessed that the partners regularly collected the asked documentation by using our form. The database structure to insert the material worked well and it is now almost complete with all the requested forms.
The current result are therefore positive.
