Objectives of activities carried out:

Development of content for the Michelangelo web Portal.

Description of activities carried out:

During the work package of " Development of the Michelangelo portal and website" Zinev Art Technologies conducted the following activities:
• 8 school presentation forms uploaded on the portal;
• Selected Bulgarian artists and artworks uploaded on the portal;
• 51 art sources reviews forms uploaded on the portal both in Bulgarian and English;
• Constant check of the content and contributions by BG art-teachers.
• Providing the project promoter (and the technical partner under the project) with the translated educational materials in Bulgarian language.
• Conducting of an evaluation of the Michelangelo portal. The evaluation was conducted by asking the teachers, involved in the Michelangelo project to fill in evaluation questionnaires. Evaluation report on the basis of the filled-in questionnaires was developed and sent to the project promoter. In developing the report ZAT followed the guidelines given by Pixel Associacione.

Outcomes:

• 8 school presentation forms uploaded on the portal;
• Forms "Presentation of selected Bulgarian artists and artworks" uploaded.
• Forms “Evaluation of web-based art sources” in EN and national language uploaded at the Portal, so that teachers not speaking English to be able to use them too.
• Comments of BG art-teachers on the materials uploaded on the portal.
• Evaluation report of the functionality and contents of the Michelangelo portal developed.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The activities under this work package are considered as successful due to the fact the content forms in national language were uploaded in the fixed deadline, the greatest part of the content is translated in the national language, ZAT team and BG art-teachers are contributing actively to the development of the portal. The evaluation report also shows that teachers consider the Michelangelo portal a very useful tool for e-learning.
