Objectives of activities carried out:
1. Division of the tasks among the teachers: Liceum No 3, Sp No 8, CKU.
2. Searching for the sources available on the web site;
3. Completing the form WP 3
4. Translating into English;
5. Completing the Activities report.

Description of activities carried out:
1. The 4th national meeting

Thursday , 12 June, 2008 in CKU, Sopot

• The final presentation of all 11 forms WP2 regarding the 10 centuries.
• Discussion and the last correction.
• Preparing the forms to send them on the web site of the project.
• Preparing the documentation for the second project meeting in Carlisle.


2. The 5th national meeting with the leaders/teachers involved into the project and Gabriela Kurowska, expert:
Friday, 12 September 2008 in CKU, Sopot
. The national coordinator reported the results of the project meeting in Carlisle;
. The teachers presented the complited form WP3;
. Gabriela Kuorowska presented the first draft of the course( WP4);
. The discussion over the draft of the course;
. There was take a decision regarding the title of the course : "Human being's presentation in the Polish architecture, sculpture and painting through the centuries";
. The preparation for the Dissemination Event which will be held on 28 October 2008 in CKU for all teachers of the scholls on Sopot, Gdynia and Gdansk. Time of event: 13.30 - 14.30.

Outcomes:
. 40 WP3 which should be uploaded on the portal.
. the first draft of WP4.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
Evaluations results:
. The work done under WP 3 is still uncompleted. We have only 40 WP3 but we need 50 forms.
. The work under WP4 needs to develope.
. The WP2- the lists os artists/ artworks must be updated.
. All these forms must be uploaded on the portal.
. We are late with dead lines becuase of very long Polish summer holidays.
