Description of contents:
Jerzy Duda Gracz created his pictures in the tones of very elaborated, stinging satire- in the forms of spherical deformations- of fatty, non esthetical, not edible pictures, exploring the painful and beating recovery of the lack of human taste and the odour of stereotypes lasting in the human postures and attitudes.
The purpose was opening the viewers’ eyes through that orientated deformation on the human basis of uncontrollable and unscrupulous “bad seeds”, which gave birth to their not tasty fruits in the civilization’s wrong manners and arising decomposition of the human spirit and its creative vividness.
The characters are demonstrated as stupid, arrogant, lacking in tolerance, blindly believing in money, telling lies to each other purposely, feeding on the American culture.
The world of Duda Gracz’s scenery is tragically deformed, and consequently explored by means of the real grotesque. The author used to say that he was concentrating on the former world existing before the industrial epoch, since the new artefacts in their technical improvement paradoxically trough their uncontrollable intensiveness and lack of spirit would lead the human as the species to the global degradation.
The human functions and natural positive instincts will extinct, and it only remains to helplessly dream about what is not longer possible to come back anyhow.
