Description of activities carried out:

Closing contractual issues.
Conducing evaluation and dissemination as running activities and submitting reports regularly to the project web-site for good intra-partnership visibility.
Taking part in the first partnership meeting under the project in Florence, IT.
Taking part in the second partnership meeting under the project in Carlisle, UK.

Outcomes:

Contract has been concluded and signed, including all necessary annexes.
Evaluation and dissemination are a running activity, which is regularly reported on the project web-site.
Two representatives of the partner organization took part in the first partnership meeting in Florence.
One representative of the partner organization took part in the second partnership meeting in Carlisle.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

No deviations from the project schedule, good national management and good coordination with the project leader and other partners.
