Objectives of activities carried out:
Conducting preparation activities for teacher trainings to be organized during the second year of the project.

Description of activities carried out:
During the WP6 Zinev Art Technologies conducted the following activities:
• Dates suitable for Bulgarian teachers for the organization of national and transnational meetings were selected;
• ZAT experts assisted the teachers to prepare the necessary documents for their participation in the transnational workshop which will be held in September 2009 in Florence and for the submission of the documents before the Bulgarian national agency (this is an ongoing activity).
• ZAT assisted the project promoter to schedule the dates for the transnational virtual meetings.
• Under this WP ZAT is responsible for booking the dates for the transnational teacher meetings, held with the support of the Flashmeeting software (so far two meetings were booked and held successfully).
• On 30 Jan 2009 ZAT organized a national workshop on BG arts and the developed course "Religious art in the Bulgarian lands 11th – 20th century".
• In February 2009 ZAT organized the first transnational virtual teacher meeting, dedicated on Bulgarian arts and the developed course "Religious art in Bulgarian lands from 11-20th century".
• ZAT coordinated the communication with BG art teachers,with regard to their participation in the transnational virtual teacher meetings.
• On 17 March ZAT organized a national workshop, dedicated on UK arts and the developed course "Some key examples of the fine arts in England 1100 - 2000"
• On 14 April ZAT organized a national workshop, dedicated on UK arts and the developed course "Some aspects of the idea of space in the Italian Arts from 1000 to 1900"
• On 26 May ZAT organized a national workshop, dedicated on PL arts and the developed course "Presentation of humans form in 11-20th century in Polish architecture, sculpture, drawing and painting"
• On 21 June ZAT organized a national workshop, dedicated on DE arts and the developed course "Selected examples of iconography in German fine arts 11 – 20 century".

Outcomes:
• Fixed schedule for conducting the transnational virtual meetings.
• Three transnational virtual teacher meetings were held and BG teachers took part in all of them (following the fixed schedule).
• Five national workshop were held - on BG, UK, IT, PL and DE arts. For the organization of these national workshops ZAT translated all the educational courses in Bulgarian language and distributed it among the art teachers. During the workshops comments on the course were made and questions were raised. These comments and questions were sent to the developers of the course (UK, IT, PL, DE teachers) and uploaded on the project portal. Reporting documents for the national workshops were prepared and sent to the project promoter in the fixed deadlines.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
The work done so far is considered to be successful. BG teachers participate actively in all teacher training activities.
